Terms & Conditions for Abdullin Labs

Revision History

  • 2026-27-03: Initial version published.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of all online courses (hereafter referred to as “the Courses”) provided by Rinat Abdullin (hereafter referred to as “the Author”), a sole proprietor in Austria, available through Abdullin Labs v2 (hereafter, “the Website”). By registering, accessing or using the Website, or purchasing access to any Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

The contract between the Customer and the Author for paid Courses is concluded at the time of purchase when the Customer completes the payment process.

2. License and Access

Courses. The Courses are offered as digital products available for viewing on the Website and are strictly for viewing on the Website and not for download. Upon purchase, customers will receive access via their registered email and/or account login for accessing the Courses. This license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable except as explicitly provided herein.

Access to the Courses requires account creation and authentication via the Website (including via third-party identity providers such as Google OAuth). Course access is activated for the authenticated account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Pricing and Payment

The pricing for the Courses varies and is displayed on the Website. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is a one-time fee unless otherwise specified. Access to the Courses is granted immediately after the payment is processed.

The Website may offer purchases for (a) individual access and/or (b) access keys (including bundles of keys for team access). If you purchase access keys (including multi-seat bundles), you will receive a set of keys that you can view in your account and share with others. A recipient must sign in to the Website and redeem a key to activate Course access for their account. Keys are single-use once redeemed, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Website.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal for Consumers)

4.1 Consumers (B2C): right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and applicable consumer law grants you a right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (the date of purchase).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email) to biz-bot@abdullin.com, including sufficient information to identify your order (such as the email used for purchase and the course name).

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

After withdrawal, access to the Course will be disabled.

4.2 Purchases outside the right of withdrawal

Except where required by applicable law, refunds are not offered.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to provide your login credentials to others or to allow others to use your account. You agree not to use the Website or the Courses in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or circumvent access restrictions, usage limits, or service safeguards.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Courses, their content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Courses are owned by the Author. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Courses and the Website are provided “as is” without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the Website or the services that make the Courses available will be continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Courses or the Website.

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Author regarding your purchase and use of the Courses.

The Author may suspend or terminate access to the Courses if you violate these Terms and Conditions or misuse the Website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.
